Biography

Originally from Phoenix, AZ, Rylee Locker, also known as Rylee Prodigy, is a dance artist and educator based out of Philadelphia, PA. During her time in Arizona, she graduated from Arizona State University, receiving her BFA in Dance Education. Throughout her studies, she became devoted to Voguing and Ballroom culture and has contributed to developing the Arizona Ballroom community by hosting and assisting events that focus on ball culture education and encourage community engagement. Rylee is a member of the Iconic Innovative House of Prodigy and she journeys across the country to participate in ball functions and has won grand prizes state to state. Recently she was awarded 7x “Women’s Performance Of The Year” in NYC, Philadelphia, North Carolina, and Orlando. Additionally, she founded Arizona’s first Kiki house, Kiki House of Paragon in May 2020 and recently has grown the house to include a chapter in Philly in 2022.

Aside from Voguing, she is also focused in creating Contemporary work that incorporates various movement practices that center fluidity, flow, and femininity.
